10 x 1-1 Personal Training Sessions
1-1 personal training offers a private and customised training programme that is carefully planned to suit your training goals. Whether you are new to fitness training or feel that you need extra support to achieve your goals, our 1-1 personal training programmes are on hand to support you under all circumstances.
We firstly invite you to a free consultation where we can establish your fitness goals and look at how we aim to achieve them. The consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and inform the trainer of any current injuries/concerns.
At our Bristol based personal training facility we have access to a wide range of gym equipment in order to achieve greater muscle development and increase mobility and fitness levels at an efficient rate. Subject to personal goals, we will introduce you to various types of training methods including weight training, variations of HIIT and resistance.
The first few sessions are mainly focused on your technique on various exercises that require correct posture to avoid any injuries. After we have completed this stage, we can then begin the fun!
As these sessions are purchased in blocks of 10 they can be used as often as the client sees fit and within the trainer’s availability.

12 Week Body Transformation
Our body transformation package takes our 1-1 personal training services one step further and offers the opportunity for you to achieve incredible results in as little as 3 months should you match the trainers efforts inside and outside of the gym.
After an initial free consultation to discuss your personal goals, it is then possible to see exactly how they can be achieved. The consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask questions regarding fitness and inform the trainer of any current injuries/concerns.
Our facility offers a huge variety of gym equipment in order to help you reach your goals plus develop muscle growth, mobility and physical-wellbeing.
Simply turning up for your scheduled workouts and putting in a quality session will not be enough for an incredible transformation alone. What you do in the hours around those workouts is where the real difference is made. Your trainer will be there to guide you every step of the way by providing you with a training manual, an online training programme and guidance regarding nutrition, supplements and how to best manage your recovery.

Although the aim it to reach great results in a short period of time, we stress that this program should not be a short term fix. With all that you have learnt throughout the journey, you will develop a great understanding on how to look after yourself for the long run. We certainly encourage you to continue with your training and keeping on top of your nutrition to further better yourself. That is the beauty of fitness and health, there are always ways in which you can improve and move forwards.
