Personal Training sessions are completely private, and custom designed to meet your fitness goals. Whatever your aim – from losing weight / body fat to gaining muscle mass, Mike is an expert in crafting a programme to suit your needs. Your sessions will be 1-1 with Mike and totally private. You’ll follow your personalised training programme during your sessions and I’m also a nutrition expert so can assist with a nutrition plan too!

This service is ideal for those of you who perhaps lack confidence in the gym alone, or want to get fit without sacrificing their social life! Although Group Sessions are just a fraction of the cost of personal training, you won’t miss out on results as Group Sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people per group. This allows me to ensure full attention for all members.
