Our 1-1 Personal Training programmes are designed for men and women of all fitness levels who want to achieve fat loss, build muscle and increase fitness levels. After establishing your goals we look to create a personalised training programme to help you achieve them and overall develop physical wellbeing.

GROUP TRAINING
- Maximum of 4 members p/group
- Energetic bootcamp sessions
- Weekend HIIT classes
For a fraction of the price of 1-1 PT, Group Training is a great choice to get healthy and fit with your friends and family. During your group training sessions we encourage you to support and motivate one another. A maximum of four members can participate in group sessions to ensure full attention on each member.

Mike Nichol’s Online Training allows you to workout in the comfort of your home or at your local gym. The trainer will help to provide you with structure and will plan appropriate routines for you, based upon your goals. To help with this there are demonstrational exercise videos, dietary guides and useful fitness documents.
